1.What is platinum platinum vulcanizer ?

Platinum vulcanizing agent, also known as platinum water, AB two-component.
In the presence of catalyst Pt, hydrogen-containing silicone oil undergoes hydrosilylation reaction with vinyl double bonds, so as to achieve the purpose of cross-linking and vulcanization. It needs to be used with silica gel raw materials to play the role of vulcanization.

2.Vulcanization temperature

The molding vulcanization temperature of silicone products is about 110~220℃

(According to the product's size and thickness, setting the suitable different vulcanization temperature).

3.Weight ratio

C-80A: 0.3-0.5%

C-80B: 0.7-1.0%

For example (20kg of silicone)
C-80A:0.3-0.5%x20KG=60-100g 

C-80B: 0.7-1.0%x20KG=70-200g

4. Refining instructions

1. Add silica gel according to the weight ratio then can be used.

2. After the silica gel is successfully vulcanized, please use it up within 7 days (to prevent cross-linking at room temperature), and the temperature should not exceed 25 ℃.

5.Notice

•  Avoid to contact with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and heavy metal materials,they will cause dead materials.
•  The cross linking agent is added by weight to Part B and should be thoroughly mixed into Part A after adding Part B,the order is important. A and B can not be mixed together.
•  The temperature of mixing machine which used for mixing silicone with this agent can not be higher than 45°C.Please add this agent after being cold.
•  Thoroughly vulcanized materials by this agent must be used up within 1 days.
•  Pleas choose the suitable raw materials for hot air vulcanization, bad raw materials will cause bubbles.
