Human body silicone is a two-component heated vulcanized silicone rubber, which is a colorless or skin-colored oily liquid. After vulcanization, it becomes a soft elastic material. It can be used to make flexible silicone rubber products such as human body, shoulder pads, patches, anti-slip mats and other flexible silicone rubber products. Silicone can also be used to simulate human face molds. It is mainly used for human faces to imitate human limb shapes without changing shape. Versatile in shape and soft to the touch.
Before production begins, the designer first applies a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the model's eyebrows and eyelashes to prevent them from sticking to the mask model. The designer then applied a layer of silicone to the model's face. During the next process, the model must remain expressionless and sit there motionless, because even slight changes in expression will directly affect the final shape of the mask. After 3 or 4 minutes, the silicone applied to the face will solidify. At this time, the designer also puts a plaster on the model's face to shape the mask. After two hours, the plaster is removed and the formed silicone mask is revealed. The designer only needs to sew eyebrows and eyelashes onto the silicone mask and dye it with skin color, and a lifelike mask is born.
