PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HN-302, One-component Thermally Conductive Silicone Grease, a white paste made of synthetic oil.
It is a heat transfer insulating medium specially designed for heat dissipation of electronic heating elements to reduce thermal resistance and improve heat dissipation.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
1. Widely used in the contact surface between the power amplifier tube and the heat sink in the electronics industry, such as TV, DVD, CPU and power amplifier tube, which play the role of thermal media.
2. Can be used in the surface coating and overall potting of microwave devices such as microwave communication, transmission equipment, special and regulated power supply.
3. Suitable for heat transfer of electronic components, such as transistors, ballasts, thermal sensors, computer fans, etc. Useful heat transfer medium in the gap between high-power transistors (plastic tube), diodes and substrates (aluminum, copper plates), Rectifier and electrical thermally conductive insulating material.
4. Suitable for many heat sinks requiring efficient cooling.
HOW TO USE
* How to use *
Scrub the surface to be coated until there are no impurities. It can be directly coated or filled with a scraper, brush, glass rod or syringe.
A small amount of air will be entrained when using, which can be discharged by standing, pressurization or vacuum.

- Storage Noted:
1. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place, the room temperature is lower than 45 ℃ in a warehouse, and cannot be inverted.
2. It should not be close to corrosive substances such as acid and alkali, oxidants, and should not be exposed to the sun.
3. The number of stacked layers should not exceed 4 barrels, and it should be more than 10CM from the ground and the wall.
