Usage and precautions of carbon fiber molded silicone

Silicone molding methods include: injection molding, brush molding (sheet molding). The curing ratio is: Group A is silicone, Group B is curing agent, for example, 100g of silicone is mixed with 2% curing agent evenly, and after vacuum defoaming, the mold can be brushed or poured. High precision products can be added with silicone gel, with a curing ratio of 1:1. They can be cured at room temperature or quickly at high temperatures.

Kind reminder:
It is recommended to leave the silicone mold after 48 hours for better results.
