Food grade mold silicone is an environmentally friendly silicone that meets FDA food grade certification, using platinum catalyst, non-toxic, odorless, safe and environmentally friendly.

1. Passed international certifications such as the US FDA and EU ROHS for non-toxic and odorless food grade certification;
2. It is not limited by the thickness of the product and can be deeply vulcanized;
3. AB component with a 1:1 ratio can be cured at room temperature or at elevated temperature;
4. Good fluidity, easy demolding, no oil leakage, and no bubbles;
5. The produced mold has a high number of mold turns and a long service life.

Mix components A and B evenly in a 1:1 ratio by weight, and pour after vacuum defoaming. 30 minutes of operation at room temperature (28 degrees Celsius), 2-3 hours of complete curing; Heating at 60-120 degrees Celsius can completely cure in tens of minutes.

matters needing attention:
1. Prevent the addition of silicone gel from coming into contact with heavy metals such as nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, cadmium, mercury, etc. Contact with substances containing heavy metals during use can cause stickiness, non solidification, incomplete solidification, and other phenomena;
2. During operation, it should be separated from containers that have used condensed liquid silicone. Before use, a skin test can be conducted on the mold to see if it will solidify before putting it into use.
