GRC European component mold silicone is a two component silicone, divided into condensed silicone rubber and additive silicone rubber. Both are suitable for making GRC European component silicone molds. The former is industrial grade silicone, while the latter is food grade silicone, which is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless. Both belong to the category of liquid silicone. Component A is a flowable liquid adhesive, while Component B is a curing agent (vulcanizing agent) that can be quickly formed by mixing the two.

② To have good operational performance, easy operation, and save labor costs;
③ The smaller the shrinkage rate, the better, the better the tensile force, and the silicone mold made cannot deform.
④ The more times the mold is flipped, the longer its service life, the better, and it is resistant to acid, alkali, and aging.

Instructions for the operation and selection methods of GRC European component mold silicone:

1. According to the different operating methods, the mold opening methods include wrapping mold, brushing mold (split mold, three-dimensional mold, flat mold), and pouring mold.
2. If it is a pouring mold (wrapping mold), silicone with a hardness of 25 hardness, 30 hardness, or 40 hardness can be selected:
Features of silicone molds with a hardness of 25 hardness and 30 hardness: for small and medium-sized handicrafts, they have low viscosity, good flowability, easy operation, easy foam removal, good tensile and tear strength, easy pouring, and the resulting silicone molds have medium hardness;
The characteristics of silicone molds with a hardness of 40 hardness are: making large products, low viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, easy foam removal, good tensile and tear strength, easy pouring, and producing silicone molds with high hardness.
3. If it is a brush mold (sheet mold), you can choose silicone at 30 hardness, 35 hardness, or 40 hardness:
The characteristics of mold silicone with a hardness of 30 hardness: used for small and medium-sized handicrafts, with moderate viscosity, not easy to flow, easy to apply, and good tensile and tear strength;
Features of mold silicone with a hardness of 35 hardness and 40 hardness: Large products, moderate viscosity, not easy to flow, easy to apply, and good tensile and tear strength.

Precautions for GRC European component mold silicone:

1. The amount of curing agent added should depend on the temperature, and should be reduced when the temperature is high. Excessive use of curing agents can cause silicone molds to become hard and brittle; If too little curing agent is used, the operating time will be prolonged.
2. In order to achieve the best application effect of your silicone mold, please store the mold for at least 24 hours before use.
