  Product description:

HN-E Addition Cured Silicone Rubbers is a two -component liquid silicone material. It consists of two parts: component A is silicone, component B is a curing agent, and the two components are mixed in a ratio of 1:1.

This product is translucent, it can be cured at room temperature or at high temperature.

  Application area:

Mainly used for chocolate, cake food grade mold making, gold and silver jewelry, metal crafts, precision mold casting, yacht vacuum bag, automotive parts, military aerospace and other composite materials or mold making; Human body artificial limbs products; Industry can also be used in resin, cement components, cultural stone, gypsum and other products.

   Main features:

1.   Eco -friendly,  non -toxic, tasteless,  non -corrosive,  comply with FDA, food grade, MSDS, ROSH and

other certification.

2.   Low viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, easy perfusion; can be cured at room temperature or can

curing at high temperature.

3.   Excellent   physiological  inertia,  waterproof,  ozone   resistance  and  aging  resistance,   high  tensile

resistance, toughness, many mold turning times.

4.   High chemical stability, high and low temperature resistance, at -55℃ to 220℃ can be long-term use

and maintain its performance.

5.   Shrinkage rate is as low as 0.1%.

   Operation:

     Mix  components A  and  B  at  1:1  weight  ratio,  stir  well  for  2 -3  minutes  (vacuum  defoaming  under conditions), operation time 30 minutes, room temperature curing time 4 hours, heating 80 -100°C can solidify

within 20 minutes.

Packed in iron drum or plastic drum, transported as non-dangerous goods, sealed at room temperature 25°C, and protected from acid and alkali impurities, the storage period is 12 months.
