In the process of manufacturing thick molds with condensed mold adhesive, low molecular weight substances such as ethanol produced during the condensation crosslinking process are difficult to completely discharge, resulting in the degradation and aging of silicone rubber during heating, which significantly affects its service life; At the same time, due to the discharge of low molecular weight substances such as ethanol, the volume of the vulcanizate shrinks. Therefore, condensed mold silicone rubber is mostly used as high-frequency embossing molds in the production of plastics and synthetic leather, or for the manufacturing of some handicrafts with imprecise size requirements. Due to the use of an additive vulcanization system, silicone rubber for addition molding molds does not produce low molecular compounds during vulcanization, resulting in extremely low linear shrinkage. The rubber material can be deeply cured, and has excellent physical, mechanical, and heat aging properties, making it a rapidly developing variety in mold adhesives. Addition molding silicone rubber is suitable for manufacturing precision molds and casting molds, and the mold manufacturing process is simple and does not damage Prototype, good simulation performance.
