Simulated human silicone is a type of additive A and B two-component liquid silicone, both of which are colorless liquids. Human silicone is non-toxic, odorless, safe, and environmentally friendly. The AB ratio is 1:1, and it can be cured at room temperature or heated.
Characteristics of simulated human silicone:
1. Food grade, non-toxic and odorless, safe and environmentally friendly;
2. No oil leakage, no whitening, and no bubbles;
3. Good toughness, ultra-soft, and good elasticity;
4. Multiple times of mold flipping and long service life;
5. The color, viscosity, hardness, and operation time of silicone can be adjusted as needed.
Hardness:
Operation method:
1. Accurately weigh the AB dual component according to a weight ratio of 1:1;
2. Mix and stir well-weighed components A and B together, and make sure to stir evenly;
3. Use a vacuum machine to vacuum and exhaust bubbles, making the product smoother and bubble-free. Generally, it takes about 5-8 minutes. If there is no vacuum pump, the curing time can be extended to allow the silicone gel to naturally bubble out, but this effect is not very ideal;
4. Pour the vacuum-filled silicone into the mold, heat it in an oven at 80-100 hardness, and it will solidify in about 10 minutes;
5. Finally, demold and remove the product.
Packaging:
25KG/barrel 200KG/barrel
Notes:
1. Do not come into contact with any other condensed silicone gel during use, otherwise, it may cause "poisoning" of the silicone gel and cause it to not solidify;
2. When using, do not come into contact with water, impurities, organic tin catalysts, acids, bases, and other organic compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur, otherwise it will also affect the curing of silicone gel. These substances should not be mixed in during use;
3. Ensure a clean operating environment and prohibit smoking to prevent silicone poisoning;
4. The ratio should be accurate, and it is necessary to mix and stir evenly during mixing.
Application field:
Simulated human silicone is mainly used for simulated human models, silicone prostheses, silicone human masks, human body shapes, silicone prostheses, chest pads, shoulder pads, anti-slip pads and other flexible silicone rubber products.
Human silicone with a hardness of 20-25 is most suitable for the face or head. If it is only used on the epidermis, silicone with a hardness of 10-20 is enough. Generally, silicone prostheses use a body glue with a hardness of 5-10. For soft products such as breasts, buttocks, silicone prostheses, etc., generally use a body glue with a hardness of 0-5.
