Usage method:
1、Clean the surface: clean the surface of the stuck or coated objects to remove rust, dust and oil stains.
2、Sizing: cut off the rubber tube cap, put on the tip (cut the tip to a proper size), use a glue gun to squeeze the glue to the cleaned surface, make it evenly distributed, and close and fix the glued surface.
3、 Curing: place the coated parts at room temperature and allow them to self cure. The curing of this adhesive is a process of gradual curing from the outside to the inside. Under the environment of room temperature and 50% relative humidity, it will be cured for about 2-4 mm in 24 hours. When the temperature is low or the humidity is low, the curing time will be prolonged.
4、After the operation, the unused glue shall be sealed and stored. When it is used again, if there is a little crust at the seal, it can be removed without affecting the normal use.

Matters need attention:

1. If the best bonding performance is to be obtained, the bonded substrate surface should be clean, without rust, dirt and oil pollution, and absolute ethanol or prol alcohol can be used to clean the bonded substrate.

2. It can be applied manually or by using dispensing equipment to the substrate requiring bonding. The moisture in the contact air of the adhesive is solidified from the inside, and its surface drying and curing speed are related to the ambient temperature and humidity used. The adhesive is applied: 1mm thick, solidified at 25 ± 2℃ and relative humidity of 50 ± 5%. The thicker the glue, the long curing time.

3. After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be tightened immediately, sealed and sealed for preservation. When appropriate again, if there is a little skin at the seal, it can be removed, which will not affect the normal use. In the process of storage, there may also be a small amount of curing or oil precipitation at the pipe mouth, which can be used normally after removal, without affecting the performance of the product.
