Application range
Widely used in bonding, sealing, moisture protection, shock absorption and insulation of electronic components, lighting components, instruments, motors, household appliances and other devices.

Features 
1.It has excellent adhesive, fastening, sealing, electrical, insulation, moisture, impact resistance, potting, high temperature, aging resistance and other properties.

2.The cured silicone RTV silicone rubber can exert the original electrical properties of silicone, and has good elongation at the temperature of -50 ° C ~ 200 ° C (it can also maintain its original rubber elasticity against vibration and shock), and has weather resistance, heat resistance and cold resistance.

3.Excellent adhesion, good adhesion with metals, glass, ceramic tiles, plastics (except PE, PP) and their alloys.

How to use
Depending on the dosage, cut off the head of the nozzle, put on a special syringe (air gun or gun) to extrude it, and then it can be used.

1.PCB board coating, moisture resistant and antioxidant;

3.Shallow potting, moisture resistant and anti-fouling from other electrical equipment.

Notes     
1.For optimum bonding performance, the surface of the substrate to be bonded should be clean and free of rust, dust and oil stains. Solvents such as absolute ethanol or propanol can be used to clean the surface of the substrate to be bonded.

2. The adhesive can be applied to the substrate to be bonded manually or with the help of a dispenser. The adhesive material cures from the surface inward when exposed to atmospheric moisture. Surface drying and curing speed depend on the ambient temperature and humidity. Sizing: the thickness of the sizing is ≤1mm, at a temperature of 25 ± 2 ℃ and relative humidity of 50 ± 5. It can be put into use after a curing time of 24 hours under the condition of %. The thicker the coating is, the longer the curing time is.

3. After completion of the process, the unused adhesive should be immediately closed, sealed and stored. When it becomes suitable again, a small crust may be removed from the seal, which will not affect normal use. While the adhesive is in storage, a small amount of oil may settle or solidify on the nozzle. After removal, it can be used normally without affecting the performance of the product.

4. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of accidental contact with eyes during operation, immediately flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Keep the place of use ventilated, for industrial use only.

Storage            
1.Store in a cool and dry place below 30 ℃ , the storage period is 6 months.

2.Products beyond the shelf life should be checked for abnormalities before use.
