How to make RTV mold adhesive?

1. Use a plastic bowl to hold 500g of adhesive, add 1.5% curing agent at room temperature, stir well and set aside.
2. Treat and lubricate the mother mold blank with a release agent.
3. The lubricated mother billet should be surrounded by wooden strips, which should also be treated with a release agent. The gap in the middle should be 2-4cm.
4. Slowly pour the prepared adhesive along a fixed pouring point and shake it from time to time to eliminate any air inside.
5. After 60 minutes of complete curing of the adhesive, wrap it around with wooden strips, leaving a 4cm gap, and fold off the original wooden strips.
6. Mix 1000g of gypsum powder with water and inject it into the wooden frame until it is full (the wooden frame should be divided into two parts using plastic sheets to facilitate mold removal).
7. After 20 minutes, remove the wooden strip and the mold will be completed.
