Mold silicone operation precautions

Usage of mold silicone:
1. After weighing a certain amount of silicone, add a curing agent of 2-3% of the silicone amount, and make it ready for use and must be used up in a short period of time.
2. Mix the adhesive with the curing agent thoroughly, then place the adhesive in a vacuum box and extract for 3-5 minutes. After the air bubbles are released, the mold can be made.
3. The vulcanization speed of this series of products is closely related to environmental temperature and humidity. The higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the vulcanization speed. Users can choose curing agents and adjust their dosage based on weather conditions to obtain an appropriate curing rate.
Packaging, storage and transportation, and precautions:
1. This series of products are packaged with 25kg of base adhesive per iron bucket, and the curing agent is packaged in 0.7L/plastic bottle.
2. This series of products should be sealed and stored in a cool place to prevent rain and sunlight exposure.
3. The storage period of this series of products is half a year. If there is an increase in viscosity, stir evenly before use, and the performance remains unchanged.
4.When replicating products such as glass, ceramics, resin, wood, or coated with coatings, the prototype surface should be evenly coated with a surfactant (such as detergent, shampoo, or soapy water). After the moisture evaporates, silicone rubber should be poured or brushed to facilitate better demolding.
5. This series of products is non hazardous, but it is important to avoid contact between the curing agent and the skin and eyes during use. Once in contact, immediately wash with an appropriate amount of detergent and water. If splashed into the eyes, rinse with flowing water for at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor.
6. Precautions: Before using in large quantities, please try it in small quantities and master its usage techniques to avoid unnecessary losses. If the mold type belongs to silicon containing materials such as ceramics and cement, release agents need to be sprayed to prevent mold sticking. The container used for mixing needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The residual residue on the inner wall of the container should not be poured into the mold as much as possible due to uneven mixing, to avoid local non solidification and slow solidification.
