Moreover, the adhesive glue is good, waterproof, moisture-proof and insulating glue, and can be used in converters, varistors, circuit boards, LEDs, and inductors. But it is not environmentally friendly enough and difficult to preserve.

The characteristic of epoxy resin potting glue is that it is mostly hard glue after curing, has good insulation, and has good acid and alkali resistance, and its performance will not change at high temperatures of 100 degrees. It has good light transmittance and is widely used in LED, industrial electronics, controllers, power supply boards, and regulators. It is also relatively cheap and can be used in general fields. It is not suitable for some products that require repairs and is not environmentally friendly enough.

Among many potting glues, polyurethane potting glue is used the most every year, and its price is also cheaper than other types. When used in electrical potting, it can achieve light weight, avoid direct exposure of circuits to moisture, and can also improve the insulation between circuits. It can be used in microcomputer control boards, circuit boards, electromagnets, plugs, transfer switches, etc. and other fields.
 
Polyurethane potting glue has high bonding performance, good waterproof performance and heat resistance. It also has good characteristics in resistance to cold, ultraviolet rays and high and low temperature impacts. Although polyurethane potting glue is relatively cheap and can be adapted to many fields, if it cannot be operated according to normal methods, it still cannot achieve the corresponding performance.
 
It should be noted that although polyurethane potting glue is relatively cheap, it is not recommended to stock up in large quantities. Especially if the polyurethane potting glue cannot be sealed properly after opening, it will crystallize and absorb moisture. Once the sealant appears This phenomenon cannot be used again for electrical potting. And it cannot be stored in a place exposed to the sun and needs to be kept away from fire sources.
