1. During hot air vulcanization, attention should be paid to the selection of rubber materials, otherwise bubbles will occur;

S atoms or heavy metal components (such as hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan) can cause a large number of needle holes on the surface of the product, and can lead to incomplete vulcanization of the product and mold adhesion;
3. During rubber mixing, the temperature should not be too high, preferably not exceeding 40 ℃. It is recommended to open the mixer and use ice water for circulation cooling Best results;
4. After adding platinum agents A and B, it is necessary to place them in a space with a temperature not exceeding 25 ℃ and use them within 4-8 hours to prevent room temperature crosslinking.
5. Do not add this product when the temperature of the rubber mixing and mixer drum is higher than 45 degrees Celsius. Wait until it is cooled, otherwise there will be dead material during rubber mixing;
