Thermal conductive potting adhesive has excellent electrical insulation performance, can withstand environmental pollution, and avoid damage to electronic products caused by environmental factors such as stress, vibration, and humidity. It is especially suitable for products that require good heat dissipation for potting materials. This product has excellent physical and chemical resistance. After mixing in a ratio of 1:1, it can be cured at room temperature or quickly cured at high temperature, with minimal shrinkage. During the curing process, it does not release heat, and there are no solvents or curing by-products. It has repairability and can be deeply cured into elastomers.
