Why do some glues occasionally wrinkle in autumn and winter, and sometimes different batches of glues of the same model may not wrinkle when tested under the same conditions

This kind of situation usually occurs in glue with low viscosity and moisture absorption curing. In autumn and winter, due to low humidity and temperature drop, the surface layer of glue dries quickly to form a film, while the inner layer cures slowly. Therefore, the tension difference between the inner and outer glue layers will easily lead to uneven film forming surface. In addition, air flow and other factors in autumn and winter will also easily wrinkle. You can choose to apply glue under constant temperature (about 25 ℃) and high humidity, or choose glue with slow surface drying, or the back cover of the glue can reduce the impact of air flow, which can improve the wrinkling phenomenon. Wrinkle occurs between different batches of the same glue, which may be the difference between batches, and the surface drying speed is different within the standard range
