Requirements: excellent thermal conductivity; Excellent electrical insulation; Wide operating temperature: operating temperature - 50~200 ℃; No drying and oil flow under high temperature; It is non-toxic, tasteless, non corrosive and environmentally friendly.
3. Introduction to glue used for LED guardrail pipe
1) Bonding and sealing of plug PC and PC
Requirements: no corrosion to PC, development trend: ultrasonic technology+UV glue
Recommended product: dealcoholized transparent single component silica gel
2) Circuit board potting protection
Requirement: good sealing performance.

8. SMD LED/glue for wall lamp
1) Surface coating/encapsulation

10. Introduction of glue for outdoor landscape lighting
1) Bonding and sealing between glass and aluminum shell
Requirements: high adhesive strength, excellent sealing performance.
2) Surface potting of circuit board
Requirements: The colloid is not yellowing and has good aging resistance; The potting adhesive s transparent and has certain flame retardancy and thermal conductivity.
11. Introduction to glue for LED spotlight
1) Bonding of lens and aluminum frame
Traditional technology: thread fixation, development trend: UV glue; UV glue with high transparency, aging resistance and no yellowing; It is white and transparent, without trace, and does not affect the appearance.
2) Heat dissipation and encapsulation of power supply
The potting adhesive shall be flame retardant and heat conductive.
