How to use Hanast RTV glue LED flood light sealant:

1. Substrate cleaning: remove oil, dust, rust, etc., to make the sizing surface clean and dry.

2. Glue sizing: You can manually or use dispensing equipment to apply the glue to the sizing part of the corresponding substrate.

3. Curing: This product is a moisture-curing material. Its surface drying and curing speed depend on the relative humidity, temperature and the thickness of the glue (2mm-6mm) in the environment where the material is used, generally at 25ºC, RH: 50~60% It can be put into use after curing for 24 hours under certain conditions.

4. Precautions: Immediately tighten the cap of the unused glue after opening, and keep it sealed. When using it again, if there is a little crust on the seal, it can be used after removing it, without affecting the performance of the glue.
