As a bonding, sealing, insulating, moisture-proof and shockproof material, RTV rubber (room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber) is widely used for bonding and sealing of electronic components, semiconductor materials, electronic appliances and other equipment, waterproofing and sealing of electric heaters and electronic instruments, and potting of electronic components. Such as sealing of electric heating end, bonding of small motor magnetic tile and metal shell, bonding and sealing of automobile lamps, optical instruments and lenses, bonding of electronic instrument shell, insulation protection of motor, bonding and sealing of electronic components, etc
Epoxy resin adhesive refers to the re processing or modification of its characteristics on the basis of epoxy resin to make its performance parameters meet specific requirements. Generally, epoxy resin adhesive can only be used with curing agent, and can only be fully cured after being mixed evenly. Generally, epoxy resin adhesive is called adhesive A or main agent, and curing agent is called adhesive B or curing agent (hardener).
Epoxy resin adhesive can be used to bond various metals and alloys, ceramics, glass, wood, cardboard, plastics, concrete, stone, bamboo and other non-metallic materials, and also can be used to bond metal and non-metallic materials. It has no adhesion to untreated polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride and other plastics, and has poor adhesion to soft materials such as rubber, leather and fabric. In addition to bonding (ordinary bonding and structural bonding), epoxy resin adhesive can also be used for casting, sealing, caulking, leak stoppage, corrosion prevention, insulation, conductivity, fixation, reinforcement, repair, etc., and is widely used in aviation, aerospace, vehicles and ships, railway, machinery, weapons, chemical industry, light industry, water conservancy, electronics and electrical, architecture, medical, sports goods, arts and crafts, daily life and other fields.
