How to use heat dissipation cream?

There are several types of thermal conductive materials, such as silicone,  grease silicone, and thermal paste. Heat dissipation paste (thermal paste) is a substance similar to a paste, which plays a heat dissipation role on the contact surface between electrical appliances or electronic heaters and heat dissipation devices. Its main function is to prevent electrical appliances or electronics from working for too long, and the heating element cannot dissipate and burn due to local high temperatures. So, how should heat dissipation paste be selected and used correctly?

Correct usage of heat dissipation paste:
1. Before using the heat dissipation paste on the instrument, it is necessary to carefully clean and wipe the CPU core and heat sink equipment of the appliance with a lint-free cloth. The surface must be free of oil or water. If there are oil stains on a surface that are difficult to remove through cleaning, it can be continuously wiped clean with a cleaning agent, otherwise it will greatly affect the performance and effectiveness of the heat dissipation paste.
2. The area between the CPU and the heat sink that we need to contact on a daily basis only needs to be coated with a thin layer of device heat dissipation paste. At this point, we can use a scraper to scrape it flat. You can also use your fingers (make sure to wear plastic gloves) to smooth out the pressure and try to evenly distribute the heat cream in the contact area of the central processing unit.
3. Excess heat dissipation paste can be wiped clean with a tissue or a lint-free cloth, and then the heat sink product can be gently pressed on the CPU, so that we can apply it evenly and fully.

Precautions for applying heat dissipation paste:
When using heat dissipation paste during the application process, it should be noted that there will be no solidification phenomenon after application or during the use stage, as its main component is organic silicone grease.

Only low oil separation and low volatility heat dissipation paste is of good quality in daily use.
