But it is not environmentally friendly enough and difficult to preserve.

The characteristic of epoxy resin sealing adhesive is that it is mostly a hard adhesive after curing, with good insulation and good acid and alkali resistance. It will not change its performance at high temperatures of 100 degrees Celsius. It has good light transmission performance and is widely used in LED, industrial electronics, controllers, power supply boards, and regulators. Moreover, it is relatively inexpensive and can be used in general fields. For some products with repair requirements, they are not suitable and not environmentally friendly enough.
Among numerous sealing adhesives, polyurethane sealing adhesive is used the most annually, and its price is relatively cheaper compared to other types. When used in the field of electrical sealing, it can achieve the characteristics of lightweight, avoiding direct leakage of circuits from external moisture, and improving the insulation between circuits. It can be used in fields such as microcomputer control boards, circuit boards, electromagnets and plugs, conversion switches, etc.
Polyurethane sealing adhesive has high adhesive performance, as well as good waterproof and heat resistance. At the same time, it has good characteristics in cold resistance, UV resistance, and high and low-temperature impact. Although polyurethane sealing adhesive is relatively inexpensive and can adapt to various fields, if it cannot be operated according to normal methods, it still cannot achieve the corresponding performance.
It should be noted that although polyurethane sealing adhesive is relatively cheap, it is not recommended to stock up in large quantities, especially if the opened polyurethane sealing adhesive cannot seal properly, crystallization and moisture absorption may occur. Once this phenomenon occurs, the sealant cannot be used again for electrical sealing. Moreover, it should not be stored in a place exposed to direct sunlight and should be kept away from sources of fire.
