Our company's main products include monomer, methyl silicone oil, vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen silicone oil, RTV-2 room temperature pouring mold glue, manikin glue, LED packaging glue, power supply packaging glue, trademark glue, breast pad glue, sealant, etc. Silicone rubber products belong to the solid molding process. It is mainly made of polymethylvinyl siloxane, and the raw materials are combined with white carbon black, siloxane, silicone resin and other compounds as auxiliary materials. The finished products are molded by high temperature molding, and have good flexibility, with hardness between 20 and 80 degrees.
Silicon gel is also one of the types of silica gel. It is mainly liquid formed and can reach - 40 degrees of flexibility, and has high purity and strong elasticity. It belongs to semi solidified state after forming and curing. As
a basic material for a variety of auxiliary sealing properties, it has good sealing performance and certain high-temperature resistance. The raw material is the same as the silicone rubber raw material after being modulated and will not have a solidified state, but can form a solidified body after being fixed, No reaction changes during curing!
It is different from silicone products in terms of processing methods and product materials. Silicon gel has better adaptability and environment and can be used in any substance. Moreover, silicone can heal
automatically after being squeezed and damaged by force, and its density can be taken to be moisture-proof and waterproof. Therefore, it is used as a waterproof, moisture-proof, gas pollution proof coating, casting and potting protection for precision electronic components, backlights and electrical modules.
Silicon gel can be divided into various types of use, and medical grade silicon gel materials can be used as common medical materials. Because it has soft properties below zero and has automatic healing conditions, it can contact the skin and human body for a long time. In medical terms, silicone gel can be used as an organ implanted in the body, such as artificial breast, and to repair damaged organs.
Typical use of silicone gel:
1. Precision electronic components
2. Encapsulation protection of module power supply and circuit board with high transparency and recovery requirements
Application process of organosilicon gel:
1. Before mixing, first mix component A and component B in their respective containers.
2. When mixing, the weight ratio of component A: component B=1:1 shall be observed.
3. It can be de bubbled as required. The mixed solution A and B can be put into a vacuum container after being stirred evenly, defoaming for 5 minutes under 0.08 MPa, and then it can be poured for use.
4. Before and after curing of silicon gel in use, the temperature given in the technical parameter table shall be maintained, and the corresponding curing time shall be maintained. If the application thickness is thick, the curing time may exceed. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating. The curing speed of the adhesive is affected by the curing temperature. It takes a long time to cure in winter. It is recommended to cure by heating. It takes 20 minutes to cure at 80~100 ℃ and about 8 hours at room temperature.
