Thermal conductive potting compound is a 1:1 two-component liquid electronic potting material with high thermal conductivity. The characteristic of thermal conductive potting adhesive is that it can cure at room temperature or heating. In addition to its high thermal conductivity, this product also has the characteristics of a low thermal expansion rate and high insulation, thereby more effectively eliminating the destructive effect of electronic components caused by changes in working temperature. This series of products is also widely used for bonding and heating electronic devices, heat sinks, or metal shells. Has excellent fluidity and leveling before curing. After solidification, it will not detach from the protective shell or create gaps between the outer surface due to the alternating use of cold and hot.
