Low temperature will slow down the curing speed, and the operating time will be correspondingly extended.
3. Mix and stir well the ZH908 thermal sealing adhesive, which can be directly poured or poured into the container to be cured, and can be cured at room temperature or heated. If the height of the sealant is thick and there is a high requirement for the appearance of the cured product, it can be vacuumed according to the situation to extract the bubbles before sealing.
4. Specific materials, chemicals, curing agents, and plasticizers can hinder the curing of ZH908 thermal conductive potting adhesive (silicone), mainly including organic tin and other organic metal compounds containing organic tin catalysts, silicone rubber sulfur, polysulfides, polysulfones, or other sulfur-containing substances such as amines Urethane or unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizer containing amine Some flux residues Note: If there is doubt about whether an object or material will hinder curing, it is recommended to conduct a small test to determine the applicability in this application. If there is no phenomenon of non curing or local non curing in the experiment, it can be used with confidence.
5. The two components should be sealed and stored separately, ensuring that they are ready for use and ready for use. The mixed adhesive should be used up at once to avoid waste.
