A/B two-component platinum curing agent

A/B dual-component platinum vulcanizing agent is an additive silicone rubber vulcanizing agent. A/B can be used together to achieve the purpose of silica gel molding.
Platinum curing agent has the following characteristics:
Low curing temperature and fast curing speed; After vulcanization molding, the intermolecular crosslinking of the product is sufficient; Products after vulcanization are tasteless; It has passed the EU ROHS, US FDA, German LFGB and food grade certification.
Sulfur adding method: extrusion sulfur adding, recommended proportion for oven baking: agent A 0.5%, agent B 1%, sulfur adding temperature: 130 ℃ - 500 ℃ (depending on the specific process)

Mixing method: take 20KG rubber as an example: agent A: 0.5% ×  20KG=100g Agent B: 1.0% ×  20KG=200g, mix 10KG silica gel with 100g of agent A, and then cool it. Then take 10KG silica gel and 200g of agent B to mix evenly, and let it stand for cooling. Before vulcanization molding, take the same proportion of A and B rubbers and mix them evenly for vulcanization molding operation. The rubber compound mixed with rubber A and rubber B shall be used within 4 to 8 hours to prevent crosslinking at room temperature. If rubber A and rubber B need to be stored for a longer time after being mixed with each other, additional retarder must be added, and the amount used depends on the need, but the more retarder, the slower the speed of sulfur addition.
