Advantages of silicone rubber adhesive: the curing speed is moderate, the surface begins to cure in five to thirty minutes, and it completely cures in twenty-four hours. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-polluting and stable in performance. It is convenient to use. You can continue to use it next time. The longer the time after bonding, the better the bonding effect.

The working surface with higher requirements should be wiped clean with ethanol as cleaner, and the bonding effect is better. The curing mainly depends on the action of trace moisture in the air. The adhesive layer shall not be too thick (generally 1 to 2 mm thick), and shall not be used for surface bonding of large-area objects, or for deep pouring or structural bonding. It can be stored for one year at room temperature below 30 ℃.

Silicone rubber adhesive can stick common metals and various non-metallic materials (ceramics, glass, cement) plastics (phenolic aldehyde, unsaturated polyester, organic silicon, rigid polyvinyl chloride, organic glass, A.B.S), so it is suitable for sealing and bonding between metals, non-metals, and metals and non-metals.

The curing of silicone rubber adhesive is to absorb trace moisture in the air, so it can not be put into the oven immediately after coating, which can not accelerate the curing reaction and will form many bubbles, and the air humidity will affect the curing speed.
