Mold silicone rubber has excellent fluidity, good operability, no deformation, high-temperature resistance, no expansion, good tensile strength, good tear strength, multiple mold flipping times, and can be reused. Generally, silicone molds are used for brushing or pouring operations, mainly divided into pouring the mold, wrapping mold, and dividing mold. What is the specific operating method? Here are some examples to illustrate.

The operation method of injection mold:
The most commonly used method for injection molds is to use soft and hard silicone to make the mold, which makes it easier to de-mold and does not damage the products in the mold during the demolding process. When operating, fix the mold and pour the vacuum-filled silicone onto the product. After it dries and forms, remove the product, and the mold silicone is formed. It is recommended to remove it after 24 hours.

Operation method for thin film and split mold:
We pour the silicone gel that has been emptied of bubbles onto the product by applying or pouring and remember to spray the release agent before pouring the silicone gel. After spraying the release agent, evenly apply silicone gel to the product. After application, let it air for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, apply a layer of gauze to increase the strength and tensile strength of the silicone gel. Afterwards, apply a layer of silicone on the gauze, and then stick another layer of gauze. Repeat this process by sticking the gauze twice. Only by doing so can the service life and the number of mold flipping of silicone molds increase, saving costs.

External mold operation method:
The external mold operation method is to surround the mold with rubber or wooden boards around it. One method is to fill the enclosed mold cabinet with gypsum, and the other method is to apply resin, flip the mold with a layer of resin, and paste a layer of gauze. Repeat 2-3 times to complete the production of the external mold.
