Features of medical food grade silicone

Medical food grade silica gel is one of the two-component addition silica gels. The two components, namely component A and component B, are both fluid liquids. Component A is silica gel, component B contains platinum catalyst or other additives, and component AB can be cured after mixing (can be cured at room temperature or heated).
Medical food grade silicone has the following characteristics:
1. It is not limited by the thickness of the product and can be deeply vulcanized.
2. The shrinkage rate is less than one thousandth, no low molecules are released during the cross-linking process, and the copied products are highly accurate.
3. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, which can reach 300℃.
4. Food grade, non-toxic and tasteless, passed FDA food certification.
5. High tensile strength, high tear resistance, frequent mold turning, and not easy to deform.
6. Good fluidity, easy pouring, can be cured at room temperature or heated, and easy to operate.
