When the silicone raw materials are first brought back, they are all lumpy, usually milky white. At this time, the raw materials cannot be directly hot-pressed and need to be added with vulcanizing agents and curing agents.
Workers put the dough-like rubber into a roller and slowly cut it into thin slices. If the product has special requirements, such as color, luminous, fluorescent, phosphor, etc., it is also necessary to add color masterbatch, luminous powder, phosphor, etc. Put the raw materials together with the vulcanizing agent and other required additives. It requires repeated extrusion and uniform mixing of the rubber. The time is generally about 30 minutes. This needs to be based on the weight of the mixed rubber raw materials and the gap between the rollers. Sure. Then cut the ground silica gel raw materials into the required silica gel size pieces and place them on the wake-up rack for a period of time.
Then the workers send the awakened raw materials to the molding group, and the staff weigh the cut rubber to accurately control the weight of each piece of rubber. Unnecessary waste, then heat and exhaust the mold in the hot press vulcanizer, and maintain pressure for molding, so that you can get a freshly baked silicone mold.
Next, the finished products need to be sent to the demolition team to conduct product overhaul of the molded products, check whether the products are dirty, missing edges, missing materials, damaged products, etc., and select to place defective products, clean the burrs of qualified silicone products, and place the qualified silicone products The silicone products are sent to the next process, if the product needs to be customized and processed according to the customer, such as the surface. Injection, printing, engraving and other products will be processed accordingly, and then the finished silicone products can be shipped.
