How to shorten the vulcanization time of liquid silicone products?

In order to improve production efficiency, the most important thing for liquid silicone products factories is to increase the vulcanization speed of silicone products, thereby shortening the time required for the molding process of silicone products. So what should be done to shorten the vulcanization time of silicone products?

1. Use a vacuum vulcanizing machine for production. If there is no vacuum vulcanizing agent, it is best to use tools to pry the mold during exhaust to assist exhaust.
 
    2. Appropriately increase the amount of vulcanizing agent added to the silicone raw material, or use a rapid vulcanizing agent to speed up the vulcanization and molding of silicone products.
 
   3. The molding operator speeds up the operation and minimizes the out-of-mold time to stabilize the temperature of the silicone product mold and increase the vulcanization speed of the silicone product.
 
   4. Change the discharging method of silicone raw materials, so that during the pressurization process of the mold, the silicone raw materials can gradually fill the entire mold cavity from the side walls of the mold cavity.
 
   5. On the premise of ensuring product quality, increasing the mold temperature and vulcanizing machine clamping pressure is also an effective method to shorten the vulcanization time of silicone products.
