1， Product characteristics and application
This product is a two-component RTV-2 silicone potting adhesive material with low viscosity value and good fluidity. It can seal the product structure gap without dead angle. It can be quickly and deeply vulcanized at room temperature. It is widely used on the surface of PC, PP, ABS, PCB, PVC and other materials and metals. Its adhesion is ≥ 0.3mPa, and its flame resistance can reach 94V0 level; The silicone material has weather resistance and will not crack, fault, embrittlement and other conditions. It can protect the product for a long time. It is suitable for the functions of insulation, waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-buffering and stress reduction of electronic accessories.

2， Product operation process:
1. Preparation: mix agent A properly to promote the mixing of filler and colloid to avoid sedimentation, and shake component B well.
2. Mixing materials: mix agent A  B at a weight ratio of 10:1 (mixing time 60-80 seconds).
3. Bubble removal treatment: if there is vacuum equipment, the evenly mixed rubber can be subject to vacuum bubble removal treatment; If not, the material can be placed for 3-5 minutes before glue filling;
4. Wait for curing: This product is cured at room temperature. After pouring the product, wait for the rubber to be naturally vulcanized. The curing time is proportional to the ambient temperature. The curing time is 2-3 hours at 25 ℃.

3， Precautions:
1. The product shall be stored in a sealed manner; The mixed plugging materials should be used up at one time to avoid waste.
2. This product is not dangerous, but do not enter and eyes. If you accidentally enter the mouth and eyes, you should wash them with clean water or go to the hospital.
3. After storage for a period of time, the product may settle; Please mix well before use, without affecting the performance.
