RTV silica gel (room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber) is a milky white viscous liquid, which is prepared by compounding silicone rubber, cross-linking agent, filler and other components. Purpose:

usage method:
After general cleaning and drying of the components, the product is extruded from the metal hose for sizing. The glue is exposed to the moisture in the air, that is, it is solidified from the surface and inside, and the full curing time is not more than 24h.
matters needing attention:
1. RTV silica gel (room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber) can be cured at room temperature first, and then treated in a wet oven at 50~100 ℃ for 4~8 hours to remove the low molecular substances and fully cure to ensure the performance of the rubber.
2. After the product is used, the rubber hose should be tightly covered for storage and reuse.
3. When this product is used for potting, the one-time accumulation thickness should not be too large. If it is ≥ 3mm, the layered pouring and gradual curing method can be used. The larger the accumulation thickness of the glue, the longer the complete curing time.
