One-component room-temperature curable liquid heat-conducting silica gel has cooling and bonding effects on electronic devices. It can be solidified into elastomer with high hardness in a short time. After curing, it is closely connected with its contact surface to reduce the thermal resistance, which is conducive to the heat transfer between the heat source and its surrounding heat sink, main board, metal shell and shell.
This product has the advantages of high thermal conductivity, good insulation and easy to use. It can be used for the packaging of integrated circuits, microcomputer processors, high-power LEDs, memory modules, high-speed buffer memory, sealed integrated chips, DC/AC converters, IGBT and other power modules, semiconductors, relays, rectifiers and transformers of personal portable computers. This product has good adhesion to metals including copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other metals. The curing form is dealcohol type, and does not cause corrosion to metal and non-metal surfaces.
1、 Product features: one-component curing organic silica gel. After curing, the adhesive is an elastomer with * * * cold and hot alternating resistance, aging resistance and insulation performance, and the adhesive layer has moisture resistance, earthquake resistance, corona resistance and electric leakage resistance. Compared with general silicone sealant, it has adhesion to substrate, yellowing resistance and moisture resistance.
2、 Typical use: for coating protection, bonding, sealing and reinforcement of some electronic components on electronic circuit boards, moisture-proof sealing, waterproof of various instruments, and potting of electronic components and modules.
3、 Process:
1. Clean the surface: clean the surface of the adhesive or coating to remove rust, dust and oil.
2. Glue application: unscrew the cap of the rubber hose, pierce the seal with the cap first, squeeze the glue liquid to the cleaned surface, and then apply and pour.
3. Curing: place the coated parts in the air. The curing process is a process from the surface to the inside. The adhesive will be cured to a depth of 2~4mm within 24 hours (wet temperature and 55% relative humidity). If the position is deep, especially in the part that is not easy to contact with the air, the time of complete curing will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. Note: It is recommended to use two-component products for potting with thickness greater than 6mm.
