The colorist teaches you the correct color matching method for liquid silicone

We all know that liquid silicone manufacturers only offer three colors: white, translucent, and highly transparent. However, these colors sometimes do not meet our needs. For example, when we make adult products, we need skin-colored silicone, when we make chocolate, we need red silicone, and when we make DIY soap molds, we need blue silicone. Below, the HANAST silicone color mixing master will share with you the correct method of liquid silicone color mixing.
Step 1: Choose the color paste/Pigment you need, and be aware that when using additive silicone, the color paste/Pigment must also be additive, otherwise it may lead to liquid silicone poisoning and inability to cure.
Step 2: Depending on the type of two-component liquid silicone purchased, if it is molded silicone, add the color paste/paste to component B for blending. If it is condensed silicone, add the color paste/paste to component A.
Step 3: Mix the pre-colored component with the remaining component and stir thoroughly until well blended.
Step 4: Check whether the color of the mixed base note glue is too dark or too light with the expected color. Add glue or color paste/paste until the desired color is reached.
