Solution for Bubble Content in Flipped Silicone Products

Situation description: When using flip mold silicone, if bubbles appear inside or on the surface of the silicone product after solidification, what is the reason for the occurrence of bubbles and the solution?
Situation analysis:
① The main reason for the existence of bubbles is that no vacuum equipment is used. Of course, not all operators have such equipment, so there may be some bubble problems during the operation process to some extent;
② In situations where vacuum pumping equipment is not available, try to mix and pour the mold at a slower speed, which will result in more bubbles being discharged. If the mold is poured quickly, bubbles will accumulate and the discharge speed will be slow;
③ The operation time of flipping silicone is adjusted too quickly, resulting in incomplete foam formation and curing.
Solution: If conditions permit, using vacuum equipment can perfectly eliminate the problem of bubbles, and no bubbles will be seen after solidification; Choose the silicone gel with a long operating time for flipping the mold. When pouring the mold, the speed should be slower, and the bubbles will disappear before fully curing. There is also a situation where the mold type is not conducive to bubble removal and may result in the presence of bubbles inside or on the surface.
