Why does mold silicone not solidify

Liquid silicone is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic rubber material, and many people call it platinum silicone, additive silicone, food grade silicone, etc; Because of this, it has been deeply loved by many customers and gradually replaced traditional plastic products.
Today, HANAST will explain why liquid silicone does not solidify.
Due to the fact that some silicone manufacturers have just started to come into contact with mold silicone and are not very familiar with the use of liquid silicone materials, some phenomena such as non curing or sticking after curing occur during the use of liquid silicone. This is not allowed for silicone manufacturers or customers.
So, why does mold silicone not solidify?
Mold silicone may contain materials such as sulfur, tin, lead, and amines when in contact with non environmentally friendly substances, leading to poisoning and non curing. Liquid silicone can also form lumps, or the surface becomes sticky after curing, or it cannot cure completely, resulting in production waste.
During use, the AB component must be thoroughly stirred evenly. If not stirred evenly, it can also lead to incomplete curing or incomplete curing of the adhesive, similar to hand sticking.
The AB component was not added in proportion, and if the proportion of A or B components is too high or too low, it can also cause incomplete curing of the mold silicone.
Regarding the incomplete solidification of liquid silicone, the common issues are mainly the above points, and there are still many problems that need to be slowly explored and adjusted by everyone in production to discover.
